The grass is growing and the flowers in bloom. For the dogs it is a feast of smells and things to discover in the long grasses of the top section of the paddock or on the lower area where the agility equipment is located.
We have mown paths through the grass however leaving plenty of it standing tall to allow the flowers and grasses to seed and for the wildlife to enjoy a safe habitat.
We have added an extra hour (8pm to 9pm) for those who want to give your canine friends some exercise before bedtime whilst sitting on the bench and watching the sun go down.
A number of hirers have told us that they have booked two hours back to back and used the paddock for a family picnic with dogs running free – what a lovely idea.
