Some pieces of dog agility equipment have been installed and the first four legged friends are starting to use them. More to come including weaving poles, jumps, A-Frame, platform and a proper hoop.

The British autumn has set in and the rain poured when one of our clients visited Ashdown Paddock determined to beat the weather and exercise her dogs. All three had a great time – it appears throwing frisbees was the favourite exercise!
We have started to install full sized dog agility equipment. The plank and see-saw are now installed and A-Frame, weaving poles and jumps to come. We will paint it with a non-toxic wood preserver and add further items as and when we find time to construct and install.
All three enjoyed running free at Ashdown Paddock. Happy dogs!
A grass cut was definitely necessary on the lower section of the paddock to make it easier to use for dog training and ball games without loosing the ball or dog in the long grass. The area is also now ready for the dog agility equipment which is being built Read more…
Running free is a joy for all dogs and Isolde really enjoyed her trip to Ashdown paddock.

One side of the paddock has had deer fencing in place for years and the other fences were in a very poor state of repair so we decided to install deer fencing all round.We used our son’s company, Noll Countryside Services, to install the fencing including gates and new posts.
